We will be watching the budget carefully next week and hoping that the Government make sensible decisions regarding Business Property Relief and Employment rules that will support generational investment, entrepreneurialism and therefore growth in the crucially important UK private sector, which is home to so many great family businesses.

TL Dallas Group Conference at Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club in Edinburgh

We want to thank all our wonderful team for joining us at the TL Dallas Group Conference last week Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club in Edinburgh. It was a great opportunity to get together and celebrate our company values.

Congratulations to the award winners CJ Mckniff (Collaboration), Lynsey Brannan (Trust), Ian Piper (Integrity), Andrew Green Dip CII (Commitment) and our overall Star Employee, Libby Elliot.

Also, many thanks to our colleagues who presented brilliantly to the whole conference - not easy! Martin Garrow, Anthony Naughton, Jane Maclauchlan, Kevin Hancock, Jim Redmond and Tim Mortimer.

We were all moved and inspired by the fantastic Scotty Mills who shared his Royal Marines experiences with us and noted parallels with our own culture.

Many thanks to Roddy Deans for organising the Scottish Highland Games that were great fun - despite the rain!
